3B FUSION (NOT SO HOT): Tired of the same old routine? 3B Fusion combines breath-work, calisthenics, strength, balance, and yoga into a total body workout for all levels. Class is a warm 80 degrees. Light hand-weights, resistance bands, balls, straps, and other props may be utilized in this ever-changing cross-train workout mix. Open to all levels.
ACRO YOGA (NOT HOT): Join Oklahoma's only Acro Revolution instructor for a fun and challenging all levels acro class. Bring a friend or come solo and no experience necessary! Acro is a great way to build muscle, gain flexibility, coordination and body awareness while having fun and making new friends. Come see why this phenomenon is sweeping the country!
